Pros and Cons of Sammy EMR
Pros: Templates and billing codes are specialty-specific. Denied claims have been reduced because of the claims management tool. Doctors are better able to discuss diseases with patients through the images stored in relevant charts. Cons: The EMR interface is not appealing to the eyes. Customer support is lacking.
